1 ,Are your goods original?
Answer: those are factories variants. They are not manufactured by the origin companies, but are made with some of the manufacturing facilities that the origin companies utilize, such as the durable materials, professional craftsmanship and custom color way. ( all the shoes we offered here is packed with original box and retro card has been included for those Jordan??s; and for garments with the same fabric, full tag, size, washing mark, brand mark, packing etc ,it all the same you buy from retail store in your country)
2), what are your terms of payment?
Answer: we can accept western union, moneygram, you are welcome to contact us for these relative information.
3. Is it possible to offer me sample?
Answer: Sample is ok here for us once we are sure that you are real and potential customers and you are agreed to pay for the sample charge here; but we can't offer free sample here, because too many customer asking for free samples.
4 How to process my orders?
Answer: firstly you are welcome to visit our website, select the products that you are interested, and then you can contact us as those contact listed showed on our website, then our sales staff will let you know the details, after the confirmation, you can send your payment via our acceptable terms of payment, then we will send your orders out and let you know the tracking number immediately, and after you got what you ordered, please feedback some details to our customer service dep.
5) What is your delivery time ?
Answer: after payment, we will send goods within 1 working day if your selected goods are within our stock.
6).how long will it take the goods to reach me?
Answer: if sent by express, it will take 5-7 days after shipping such as DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT,FEDEX.
7) If the shoes are blocked in china custom or in our custom, how we should do?
Answer: here we have very good relations with SODEXI, DHL, TNT and AAE to U.S.A; and also FEDEX and CHINA POST AND HONGKONG POST; if the shoes are stopped in china custom, we will bear all the risk here that is to say we will resend your orders till you get it or we will refund your money.
8). How much is the cost to shipping the goods to our country?
Answer: it is depend on the country area, and the way of shipping by express and air courier pls contact for details.
9. How can I know about my order status?
Answer: Once we send the goods, we will provide a tracking number to you, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your goods until they reach you. For air shipment orders, we will keep you posted of the status everyday.

Answer: Sorry to say NOT. we will keep our customers secure and safe , no way to ask me of our customers' contacting information.
